In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work The Newmarket Stakes sold for GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,035.55) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Isaac J. Cullin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Finish in May 2000 with an auction result of GBP 32,900.00 (€ 52,792.37).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Isaac J. Cullin erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit The Newmarket Stakes für GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.035,55) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Isaac J. Cullin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Finish im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.900,00 (€ 52.792,37).
