Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lemberg and Greenback in the saddling ring; and Lemberg and Greenback leading the parade to the start by Isaac J. Cullin was sold in the Sporting Art and Dogs auction at Christies in London in November 2001. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,057.50 (€ 1,682.82) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Isaac J. Cullin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Finish in May 2000 with an auction result of GBP 32,900.00 (€ 52,792.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lemberg and Greenback in the saddling ring; and Lemberg and Greenback leading the parade to the start von Isaac J. Cullin wurde im November 2001 in der Auktion Sporting Art and Dogs bei Christies in London versteigert.
