A top price for Irma Palacios - as previously expected
The work Paisaje Sin Horizonte by Irma Palacios was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,180.63) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Paisaje Sin Horizonte is the most expensive artwork by Irma Palacios that we have observed at auctions so far.
