Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Global Writings B by Irma Blank was sold in the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in November last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 28,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Irma Blank - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Abecedarium 17-8-90, which sold at auction in June 2018 for EUR 110,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Global Writings B von Irma Blank wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 28.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Irma Blank mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Abecedarium 17-8-90 beobachtet, die im Juni 2018 für EUR 110.000,00 versteigert wurde.
