In May 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Trascrizioni, Poesie für Jedermann by Irma Blank. The result of EUR 15,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Irma Blank have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abecedarium 17-8-90 in June 2018 with an auction result of EUR 110,000.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Trascrizioni, Poesie für Jedermann von Irma Blank zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 15.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 25.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Irma Blank auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abecedarium 17-8-90 im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 110.000,00.
