Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Irene Rice Pereira was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in January 2021. The price achieved of USD 4,080.00 (€ 3,362.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Irene Rice Pereira achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Generator) in May last year with an auction result of USD 60,480.00 (€ 56,360.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Irene Rice Pereira kam im Januar 2021 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.080,00 (€ 3.362,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Irene Rice Pereira erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Generator) im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.480,00 (€ 56.360,08).
