It achieved a price of GBP 705.00 (€ 1,029.28), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Admittedly, works by Irene Klestova have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mixed roses in a porcelain jardinière in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,876.46).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 705,00 (€ 1.029,28) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Irene Klestova auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mixed roses in a porcelain jardinière im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.876,46).
