However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Iosif Mikhailovich Gurvich - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Le Petit Bourgeois, which sold at auction in October 2002 for USD 15,535.00 (€ 15,722.09).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.545,14) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Für andere Arbeiten von Iosif Mikhailovich Gurvich mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Le Petit Bourgeois beobachtet, die im Oktober 2002 für USD 15.535,00 (€ 15.722,09) versteigert wurde.
