Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Iosif Mikhailovich Gurvich achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2011. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work At the exhibition sold for GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,918.49) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Iosif Mikhailovich Gurvich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Petit Bourgeois in October 2002 with an auction result of USD 15,535.00 (€ 15,722.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Iosif Mikhailovich Gurvich erzielte im November 2011 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit At the exhibition für GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.918,49) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Iosif Mikhailovich Gurvich auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Petit Bourgeois im Oktober 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.535,00 (€ 15.722,09).
