Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Champ de Mar, as seen from the Eiffel Tower, Paris by Ilse Bing was sold in the Seeing Out Of The BoxConceptual Photographs Online auction at Bonhams in New York in September 2020. The price achieved of USD 3,187.50 (€ 2,720.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ilse Bing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Self Portrait with Leica, Paris in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 38,586.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Champ de Mar, as seen from the Eiffel Tower, Paris von Ilse Bing wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion Seeing Out Of The BoxConceptual Photographs Online bei Bonhams in New York versteigert.
