Auction result well in line with expectations
In August 2020 Christies in New York held the auction First Open, which included the work Missing Pages by Ida Ekblad. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,567.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ida Ekblad have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 94,168.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im August 2020 führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open durch, in der auch die Arbeit Missing Pages von Ida Ekblad zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 12.567,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ida Ekblad auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 94.168,93).
