Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2019 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Morning Session), which included this untitled work by Ibrahim Hussein. The price achieved of HKD 625,000.00 (€ 71,531.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Other works by Ibrahim Hussein have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2014 the work Unknown was auctioned for HKD 1,120,000.00 (€ 105,923.75).

Im Mai 2019 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Morning Session) durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ibrahim Hussein zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 625.000,00 (€ 71.531,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 500.000,00 – 700.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ibrahim Hussein konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2014 die Arbeit Unknown für HKD 1.120.000,00 (€ 105.923,75) versteigert.
