Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life I by Ibrahim El Dessouki was auctioned at Bonhams in London in May this year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,680.00 (€ 8,935.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ibrahim El Dessouki - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Egyptian Violet, which sold at auction in October 2019 for GBP 25,062.00 (€ 29,070.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life I von Ibrahim El Dessouki kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.680,00 (€ 8.935,73) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
