In the The Irish Sale auction, the work Parable Of The Dutiful Son sold for GBP 19,375.00 (€ 21,922.72) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hughie O'Donoghue have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Owl Run in November 2019 with an auction result of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 110,085.42).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hughie O'Donoghue auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Owl Run im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 110.085,42).
