Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.300,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hubert Bellis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bouquet des fleurs im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 12.872,20 (€ 6.178,23).
