The work Calligraphy by Huang Shiling was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in November 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 144,000.00 (€ 16,011.34), 44% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Shiling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy In Zhuanshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,720,000.00 (€ 314,352.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 44 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Huang Shiling wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 16.011,34) und damit 44% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Shiling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy In Zhuanshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.720.000,00 (€ 314.352,27).
