Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Huang Shiling achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Calligraphy Couplet In Zhuanshu sold for HKD 137,500.00 (€ 16,063.67) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Shiling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy In Zhuanshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,720,000.00 (€ 314,352.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Huang Shiling erzielte im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Zhuanshu für HKD 137.500,00 (€ 16.063,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Shiling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy In Zhuanshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.720.000,00 (€ 314.352,27).
