Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Red No.3(L) by Huang Rui was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 1,000,000.00 (€ 116,826.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 800,000.00 – 1,200,000.00. Other works by Huang Rui have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2011 the work New Woman was auctioned for HKD 1,340,000.00 (€ 119,869.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Red No.3(L) von Huang Rui wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.000.000,00 (€ 116.826,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 800.000,00 – 1.200.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Huang Rui konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2011 die Arbeit New Woman für HKD 1.340.000,00 (€ 119.869,23) versteigert.
