Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Searching for Plum Blossoms in the Snow by Huang Jun was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. It changed hands for a price of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 15,417.33) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Huang Jun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Autumn Scenery By The Shore in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 75,324.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Searching for Plum Blossoms in the Snow von Huang Jun kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 15.417,33) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Jun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Autumn Scenery By The Shore im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 75.324,87).
