Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dragon by Huang Jun was sold in the Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. The price achieved of HKD 25,200.00 (€ 3,019.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Jun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn Scenery By The Shore in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 75,324.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dragon von Huang Jun wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 25.200,00 (€ 3.019,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Jun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn Scenery By The Shore im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 75.324,87).
