Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Tour of Liuhe Pagoda in Spring by Hu Shanyu. The price achieved of HKD 96,000.00 (€ 98,034.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Hu Shanyu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October this year the work Portrait of a University Student was auctioned for HKD 1,080,000.00 (€ 130,605.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tour of Liuhe Pagoda in Spring von Hu Shanyu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 96.000,00 (€ 98.034,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Hu Shanyu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres die Arbeit Portrait of a University Student für HKD 1.080.000,00 (€ 130.605,60) versteigert.
