Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2020 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Senza titolo by Hsia Yan. The price achieved of EUR 1,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hsia Yan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pedestrian At Soho No.5 in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 850,000.00 (€ 100,330.43).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2020 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Hsia Yan zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hsia Yan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pedestrian At Soho No.5 im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 850.000,00 (€ 100.330,43).
