Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Living Room(Painted In 1968) by Hsia Yan was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. The price achieved of HKD 495,600.00 (€ 56,233.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Other works by Hsia Yan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2017 the work Pedestrian At Soho No.5 was auctioned for HKD 850,000.00 (€ 100,330.43).

Die Arbeit Living Room(Painted In 1968) von Hsia Yan kam im März 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 495.600,00 (€ 56.233,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Hsia Yan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2017 die Arbeit Pedestrian At Soho No.5 für HKD 850.000,00 (€ 100.330,43) versteigert.
