Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Zone Urbaine, 2021 by Houston Maludi was auctioned at Artcurial in March last year. It achieved a price of EUR 7,216.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Houston Maludi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Non Localité, 2019, which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 14,950.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Zone Urbaine, 2021 von Houston Maludi kam im März letzten Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 7.216,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Houston Maludi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Non Localité, 2019 beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 14.950,00 versteigert wurde.
