The price achieved of EUR 1,837.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Houston Maludi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Non Localité, 2019 in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 14,950.00.

Die Arbeit La Vie En Communauté, 2021 von Houston Maludi kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.837,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden.
