Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2008 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Hossein Kashian for USD 22,500.00 (€ 17,741.68). This price was achieved in the auction International Modern and Contemporary Art at Christies in Dubai and was even below the estimate range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Hossein Kashian have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2008 by the work L'interrogation de l'amour at EUR 26,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2008 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hossein Kashian für USD 22.500,00 (€ 17.741,68) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Dubai erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Hossein Kashian wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2008 die Arbeit L'interrogation de l'amour mit EUR 26.900,00.
