A top price for Horacio García Rossi - as previously expected
The work Couleur lumière No. 25 by Horacio García Rossi was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2014. The price achieved of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,495.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Couleur lumière No. 25 is the most expensive artwork by Horacio García Rossi that we have observed at auctions so far.
