Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hieronymus Galle I; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Roses, Peonies, Poppies, Carnations, Guelder Roses And Other Flowers In A Sculpted Terracotta Vase On A Stone Ledge sold at auction in April 2018 with the realized price of USD 106,250.00 (€ 87,999.01).
