Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bailaoras by Hermenegildo Anglada Camarasa was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2018. The price achieved of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,083.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hermenegildo Anglada Camarasa achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work El Casino de París in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 2,924,000.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.083,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hermenegildo Anglada Camarasa erzielen.
