It achieved a price of USD 2,880.00 (€ 2,613.43), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 44%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Herbert Matter - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work PKZ, which sold at auction in June 2015 for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 9,693.66).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 2.880,00 (€ 2.613,43) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 44%. Für andere Arbeiten von Herbert Matter mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit PKZ beobachtet, die im Juni 2015 für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 9.693,66) versteigert wurde.
