In July 2006 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Watercolours, which included the work Harvest Time, Devon by Henry John Kinnaird. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 780.00 (€ 1,141.83), 56% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Henry John Kinnaird have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Near Evesham On The Avon, Warwickshire; And View On The Ouse, Sussex (Illustrated) in November 2005 with an auction result of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,583.67).

Im Juli 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Watercolours durch, in der auch die Arbeit Harvest Time, Devon von Henry John Kinnaird zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 780,00 (€ 1.141,83) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henry John Kinnaird auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View Near Evesham On The Avon, Warwickshire; And View On The Ouse, Sussex (Illustrated) im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.120,00 (€ 4.583,67).
