This artwork by Henri Guillaume Schlesinger achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in September 2021. In the 19th Century and British Impressionist Art auction, the work At The Mirror sold for GBP 27,750.00 (€ 32,287.51) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Henri Guillaume Schlesinger have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Five Senses in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 200,250.00 (€ 235,242.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 85 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Henri Guillaume Schlesinger erzielte im September 2021 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th Century and British Impressionist Art wurde die Arbeit At The Mirror für GBP 27.750,00 (€ 32.287,51) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henri Guillaume Schlesinger auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Five Senses im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 200.250,00 (€ 235.242,17).
