In the 19th Century and British Impressionist Art auction, the work The Five Senses sold for GBP 200,250.00 (€ 235,242.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 100,000.00. This high result makes The Five Senses the most expensive artwork by Henri Guillaume Schlesinger that we have observed at auctions so far.
