Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April this year Christies in New York held the auction Modern American Art, which included the work Self Portrait by Henriette Wyeth. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 15,120.00 (€ 13,695.65). Other works by Henriette Wyeth have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 30,000.00 (€ 26,579.25) in November 2021 for the work Wildflower Still Life.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Modern American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Self Portrait von Henriette Wyeth zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 15.120,00 (€ 13.695,65) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Henriette Wyeth haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 26.579,25) im November 2021 für die Arbeit Wildflower Still Life beobachtet.
