Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Melon, raisins, poires, maïs et pot bleu by Henri Manguin was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2021. The price achieved of USD 50,400.00 (€ 42,919.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Manguin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Oliviers À Cavalière in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,150,000.00 (€ 1,032,779.52).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.400,00 (€ 42.919,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
