Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Henri Le Sidaner achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in May last year. In the Modern Art Online including Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso auction, the work Le Pont des Soupirs sold for GBP 94,500.00 (€ 111,170.25) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 45,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Le Sidaner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Sérénade, Venise in November last year with an auction result of USD 2,100,000.00 (€ 2,034,292.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Henri Le Sidaner erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art Online including Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso wurde die Arbeit Le Pont des Soupirs für GBP 94.500,00 (€ 111.170,25) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 45.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Le Sidaner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Sérénade, Venise im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.100.000,00 (€ 2.034.292,36).
