Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pont À Lyon by Henri Lachièze-Rey was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in April 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 6,930.00 (€ 5,760.60) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Henri Lachièze-Rey - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Baigneurs à Nice, which sold at auction in July 2020 for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 13,942.80).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 6.930,00 (€ 5.760,60) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00.
