It achieved a price of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 69,818.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Hendrick de Clerck have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Judgment Of Paris in January 2020 with an auction result of USD 462,500.00 (€ 416,929.60).

Die Arbeit Noli Me Tangere von Hendrick de Clerck kam im Dezember 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 69.818,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hendrick de Clerck auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Judgment Of Paris im Januar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 462.500,00 (€ 416.929,60).
