A top price for Heinrich Friedrich Füger
This artwork by Heinrich Friedrich Füger achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in December 2020. In the Old Masters Evening Sale auction, the work Jupiter sold for GBP 163,800.00 (€ 182,979.20) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00. This high result makes Jupiter the most expensive artwork by Heinrich Friedrich Füger that we have observed at auctions so far.
