Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Plum Blossoms by He Xiangning was sold in the Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. The price achieved of HKD 177,000.00 (€ 20,083.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Admittedly, works by He Xiangning have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Monkey in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 101,196.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von He Xiangning wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 177.000,00 (€ 20.083,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Xiangning auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Monkey im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 101.196,88).
