Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by He Xiangning was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 20,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 23,600.00 (€ 2,429.69) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Xiangning achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Monkey in June 2015 with an auction result of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 101,196.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von He Xiangning kam im Oktober 2014 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 23.600,00 (€ 2.429,69) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Xiangning erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Monkey im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 101.196,88).
