Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Scene Of Mind by He Huaishou was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. The price achieved of HKD 94,500.00 (€ 10,117.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by He Huaishou have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work River Of Illusion in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 59,017.90).

Die Arbeit The Scene Of Mind von He Huaishou wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 94.500,00 (€ 10.117,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Huaishou auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit River Of Illusion im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 59.017,90).
