Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Mountains by He Huaishou was sold in the Modern Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 94,500.00 (€ 10,466.64), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Admittedly, works by He Huaishou have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work River Of Illusion in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 59,017.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Mountains von He Huaishou wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 94.500,00 (€ 10.466,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Huaishou auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit River Of Illusion im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 59.017,90).
