Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June this year Christies in Paris held the auction Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online, which included the work Lotus and Dragonfly by He Hongyu. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 15,120.00 (€ 1,766.77). Admittedly, works by He Hongyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flavours on the Lake in December last year with an auction result of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,549.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lotus and Dragonfly von He Hongyu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 15.120,00 (€ 1.766,77) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Hongyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flavours on the Lake im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.549,64).
