Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flying Dragon by He Hongyu was auctioned at POLY in January 2024. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 8,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 9,600.00 (€ 1,474.99) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by He Hongyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flavours on the Lake in December last year with an auction result of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,549.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flying Dragon von He Hongyu kam im Januar 2024 bei POLY zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 8.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 9.600,00 (€ 1.474,99) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Hongyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flavours on the Lake im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.549,64).
