Auction result well in line with expectations
In July last year POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work The Peaceful Place by He Haixia. The price achieved of HKD 42,000.00 (€ 5,240.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 35,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Haixia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Majestic Mount Hua in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,460,000.00 (€ 280,898.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli letzten Jahres führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Peaceful Place von He Haixia zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 42.000,00 (€ 5.240,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 35.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Haixia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Majestic Mount Hua im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.460.000,00 (€ 280.898,90).
