In the Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer auction, the work Quail Covey Rising from Grasses sold for USD 19,062.50 (€ 17,980.10) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Harry Curieux Adamson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Autumn Prelude - Pintails, which sold at auction in April last year for USD 44,475.00 (€ 42,208.41).
