Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work The Elm Tree by Harold Charles Francis Harvey for GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,578.37). This price was achieved in the auction British and European Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Harold Charles Francis Harvey achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work British girl With A Red Hat in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 86,500.00 (€ 66,354.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Elm Tree von Harold Charles Francis Harvey für GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.578,37) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British and European Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Harold Charles Francis Harvey erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit British girl With A Red Hat im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 86.500,00 (€ 66.354,71).
