Auction result fails to reach estimate
When the work View from a spring forest by Harald Pryn was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously set the estimate at DKK 6,000.00, but this failed to be met - in fact, the artwork changed hands for DKK 1,300.00 (€ 174.52). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Harald Pryn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A winter track, Bagsvard in September 2007 with an auction result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 7,169.63).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Als die Arbeit View from a spring forest von Harald Pryn im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit DKK 6.000,00 angegeben, den dieses Werk bei seiner Versteigerung leider nicht erreichen konnte - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für DKK 1.300,00 (€ 174,52) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Harald Pryn erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A winter track, Bagsvard im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 7.169,63).
