Sold at the lower estimate price
In May 2016 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary, which included the work "Älgtorn" by Hans Wigert. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 2,153.57) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hans Wigert - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2010 for SEK 40,000.00 (€ 4,372.51).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2016 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Älgtorn" von Hans Wigert zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 2.153,57) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Hans Wigert mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2010 für SEK 40.000,00 (€ 4.372,51) versteigert wurde.
